CREATE Project - St Michael's House 2022-23

Welcome to the CREATE Project in St Michael's House

St Michael's House has received funding to introduce the Health Passport for People with an Intellectual Disability within the Adult Respite Units Ailesbury and Donabate during 2022-2023.

These web pages will be developed throughout the project to keep service users/families and carers up to date with overall progress and provide access to relevant information.
