The Health Passport was originally devised in Northern Ireland (launched in May, 2017) and was subsequently adopted by the ROI and launched in 2019.

 ‘Health Inequalities: Making reasonable adjustments for people with learning disabilities’, was organised by Derry Strabane District Council, Developing Healthy Communities and the Public Health Agency as part of DSDC Disabilities Awareness Week 2020.
